Raspberry and Chocolate Sponge

This pudding is fab because it's quick, easy and sure to be a crowd pleaser

Ingredients 
100g butter
100g sugar
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
100g self raising flour
25g cocoa power 
100g raspberries

Cream the butter and sugar together until pale
Add the eggs one at a time mixing all the time
Add the vanilla extract
Fold in the flour and cocoa powder until well combined
Add the raspberries but hardly mix
Turn into a pudding basin or Pyrex bowl and cover in cling film
Microwave for 10 minutes on full power
Turn onto a plate and serve with custard or cream
